Shipping & Delivery

• UK Orders: All UK orders are shipped via First Class Tracked and Signed for a secure and efficient delivery.

• International Orders: We offer two shipping options; Standard Shipping and Tracked Shipping. Please select your preferred method at checkout.

 

Personalised Orders

• Items from our Personalised Collection require approximately 3-4 weeks from the order date to delivery. If production is completed earlier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

• If your order includes both personalised jewellery and other items, everything will be shipped together once the personalised piece is ready. To receive non-personalised items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

 

Quality & Responsibility

• All items undergo strict quality checks before being dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred after shipping.

 

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges only, within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Personalised items and earrings are non-exchangeable.

• To initiate an exchange, please contact us via chat or email, and we will provide further instructions.
